Wrecked my emotions

WOW...........I might need a minute here to collect my thoughts.

S. Massery just blew me away with this frenemies to lovers, bully, dark romance. I have been devouring the Fallen Royals series since she first debuted it. Each book has been better than the last. S. Massery is quickly becoming a master of Dark Romance.

Theo and Lux's relationship has intrigued me from the initial Fallen Royals trilogy. With that being said, their book wasn't one I was looking forward to as much as the others. I mean, it is a new S Massery book, and I always look forward to those, but Theo's book wasn't as high on my list of her coming soon books as some of the others. Now that I have read it, I can't believe I thought I could wait longer for this story than some of the others.

I loved Lux and Theo's push and pull relationship. The way they both have a dark/broken side. With their story it wasn't him bullying her until they finally formed a relationship. She gave him just as much hell as he gave her. I loved what a strong female character she was.

This book wrecked my emotions, in a good way. I don't normally associate the term angst with dark romances, but this one to me felt full of it. Then the end.......OMG.....the end.

That is all I can say about this book without giving anything away. I would hate to spoil this book for anyone. READ THIS BOOK!!!!!!!!!

A Heartbreaking punch to the feels

Dark, twisted and heartbreaking, Wild Fury is a punch to the gut and the feels.
Every time I listen to a new book from Sara I'm blown away again by her ability to shred my heart into tiny pieces.
With a unique push and pull dynamic, shared trauma and so many demons running through their heads, Lux and Theo are some of the most intriguing, complex and resilient characters I have ever read and their story absolutely devastated me, robbing me of the ability to keep my eyes dry.

What a wild ride!!

This is the last book in the Fallen Royals series. Wild Fury focuses on Lucy Page and Theo Alistair. They are crazy apart but a force to be reckoned with together. Secrets and longing surround them. Laurie West and Christian Black do these characters right!!
I was super excited when this book came out!! Theo was the tall, quite and dangerous person. He's intriguing and who doesn't love there strong silent type. He's super possessive of Lucy. Lucy Page was nothing like her sister Amalie Page. I felt like Lucy was always second and her parents were waiting for her to lose her sh*t. I love that Lucy feels like she found that Theo is her Clyde to Lucy's Bonnie. Make sure to check out this whole series!! You will love it and listening to it is just as good thru the series.

Fallen Royals Series

Wild Fury (Fallen Royals, Book 6) is the final book in the Fallen Royals series and the ending perfectly. Theo and Lix's story is a little different and just wow! S. Massery is a fabulous writer and this book is just a glimpse of her talent. Bursting with angst, intrigue, mystery and suspense seeping through the pages. A epic enemies-to-lovers; Theo and Lux's push and pull relationship is a amazing dark read. I love the writing style, and the epiloge was the icing on the cake.

Laurie West, Christian Black dual narration was the perfect cast to perform this story. The story is character driven and Laurie and Christian brought out the characters edginess and personalities. Laurie's inflection is sweet and Christian's deep baritone matches perfectly with Laurie's intonation bringing the story and the characters to reality.

Angstville!

Oh the angst! Theo and Lux killed me the angst. The push and pull broke me and I loved every minute of Laurie and Christian’s performance. The sounds of their voices were perfectly matched for the characters they narrated. I enjoyed this audiobook.

What a story!

This series has been fantastic! This is the last book in the Fallen Royals and I am going to miss them all! S. Massery gives us Lux and Theo in this one, and their story had my heart, sometimes aching and sometimes soaring. These two have know each other since childhood, experiencing tragedy that both keeps them close and drives them apart. Their love-hate relationship is an incredible mask to the deepness of their feelings even from a young age, But each year, the push pull keeps them at a distance. The devastation in their lives continues, and from afar, Theo keeps tabs on his girl. But when she disappears, life changes. Will these two find their way back and will it be happy? I found myself having that pit in my stomach as I listened to this one. I was happy, and frustrated and in love and angry all at the same time, wanting to shake them both and find the happy medium. Massery is such an amazing author, she kept me guessing and on edge, and it's the best feeling. It's the perfect ending to an incredible series.

Laurie West and Christian Black bring all the feels to this story. It's emotionally driven and both give their characters and edginess that keeps them at a distance, but that underlying feeling of love lingers. Their chemistry is evident as the story progresses and it makes the for a true feeling of the real struggle these two were going through. Cast perfectly, this is an amazing listen.

Amazing Series - Outstanding Last Installment!

This is the sixth and last book in the Fallen Royals Series, A Dark High School Bully Romance. I love this Series! and WOW! This story is another GEM in the Series. The opening is breathtaking! Lucy (Lux) and Theo’s story is captivating. Theo is handsome, dark, enigmatic, and protective. Lux is such a wonderful character! She is beautiful, smart, and strong. I like their complex, and push and pull relationship. The back and forth, past to present, is well done and easy to follow. The supporting characters are great, and intriguing. I loved to see again the characters from the first books. The scenery is beautifully described, and easy to visualize. The ending is perfect! Laurie West and Christian Black did a great job with the narration. I HIGHLY recommend this Series! Looking forward to listening to Ruthless Saint, the first book in The DeSantis Mafia Series!
