Resumen del Editor

Deepen your creativity and strengthen your influence as a leader and coach.

How do I, and my clients, learn from our reactive habits instead of pushing them away? Why do the same habits keep reappearing in the first place? How can my drama patterns show me the way to being the person I want to be?

If you're familiar with David Emerald's teaching story, The Power of TED* (*The Empowerment Dynamic), you will recognize the main character in this audiobook: Sophia, the coach who walks with Ted and David. In this new story, we look in on Sophia many years later, after she has become an experienced professional coach. You will hear Sophia's internal dialogue, her doubts, and worries, as she learns to quiet her mind in service of coaching a head strong client. The coaching dialogue here reveals tools and methods intended to help you coach and empower yourself as well as others.

The Impact of Donna Zajonc’s Book

Many books make an impact on our lives. That’s what reading is all about. This book goes Above and Beyond. First of all, it is such a well read story. Ms. Zanjonc has woven strategies for self-care, maneuvering from “drama” situations to “”healthy responses” and truly leaning how to communicate effectively in an incredible gripping novel. She is a gifted author who can “entertain and at the same time teach.” I HIGHLY recommend you listen to this book for it may change your outlook on life for th better or enhance the skills you already possess. Useful, entertaining and deeply meaningful

There are tons of coaching materials out there, but the use of story brings these “materials” deeply home not to be forgotten.
The messages are so right on for me as a coach and I believe would be for most professional helpers-
