I love Tara Mohr and Playing Big! I listened to it twice and I'm sure I'll be going back for more to feed my brain and soul with all the wisdom. I listened to Playing Big and then to Keep It Real by Leslie Karen Hammond and I finally decided to live my purpose in a way that has always been scary to me. I wrote a book (in editing as I write this) and am becoming a public speaker! True, I'm used to being on stage as a performer, but speaking my truth to help others is totally different. I'll be Playing Bigger now thanks to Tara and Leslie. Great book and guide

This is exactly what I need right now! I am guilty of many of the "playing small" actions/habits. This book will allow me to consciously improve my habits. It allows me to pinpoint exactly where I need to take action!

I've been recommending it to everyone, and buying copies for some women close to me. I hope we can get together and discuss how we're putting it to use.

Tara brings a wealth of tools & wisdom to women’s leadership

As a woman in a male dominated industry (tech), entrepreneur and coach I found the tools in here gave me so much perspective on the ways I’ve unconsciously held myself back with perfectionism and imposter syndrome.

I loved it. God is using Tara to offer me that hand needed at this time in my life.
My struggle is believing I could create a thriving business with my jewelry creations.

Insightful and Empowering

Where does Playing Big rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

This is the best audiobook I have ever heard. It was so thoughtfully written and compassionately spoken aloud that I felt I was listening to a kind and wise old friend.

What was the most compelling aspect of this narrative?

Incredibly novel ideas that I could understand and implement immediately. I've already seen benefits in my life due to changes in my thinking inspired by this book. I've shared what I've learned with so many other women (and some men!) who are facing a myriad of challenges.

Have you listened to any of Tara Mohr’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

I haven't listened to any of her other performances, but now I'll be looking out for her other books.

What insight do you think you’ll apply from Playing Big?

There are so many, but the first one that comes to mind is the way I now react to that inner critic voice in my head. Instead of listening to it or getting mad at myself for having such negative thoughts in the first place, I have compassion for the voice. I say, "Hello friend. I must be on the verge of doing something very exciting because you're showing up and being a worry-wart. I know you just want to keep my safe. Thanks for the alert, but I'm okay and I've got this." It's worked wonders for me!

I want to give this book as a gift to every woman I know. Thank you Tara for having the courage to follow your gift and sharing your insights with the world. I am better for having listened to them!
