I enjoyed this audio book
: I enjoyed this book with its noises and nature sounds and listened to them for different reasons. Sometimes I found the noises helped me focus and other times I just played the rain and birds nature track to relax.

Good white noises in this book
I listen to many types of white and pink noises. Some I enjoy and some I find a bit harsh. But I like the three offered in this book. Not everyone might like them, but they work for me.

This audiobook is very enjoyable
Both me and my dog enjoyed the noises and sounds in this book. I play the tracks through my iPad or iPhone speakers for the dog. She lies down nearby and looks very relaxed!

Great white noise and nature sounds to calm dog
Our new vacuum cleaner has been frightening my terrier to no end – even from another room. I could hear him whining down the hall while I vacuum. I've started to play these tracks to him before turning the vacuum on, and he calms down quite nicely – even fell asleep a few times before I was done!
I use the audibook to relax, too, and like the soothing nature sounds very much. Great collection of audio tracks!

This book helps me understand white noises
I liked the explanation of white noises for dogs and humans in the introduction. Then I listened to the three types of white noises and they helped me block annoying sounds in and around my house and focus on my work.

The noises and nature sounds help my golden pup be calmer. He does not bark as much when afraid – quiets down shortly after I start playing these tracks.

Good combo of noises and nature sounds
There are choices of three types of white noise and two nature sounds: rain and birds, and also ocean rain. I prefer the rain and birds nature track to the ocean rain, but my dogs and I listened to all of the noise and sounds tracks and enjoy them all.

Soothing and relaxing!
This book is bliss to my ears! I was able to melt back into my couch and just relax away the tensions of the day, while my little chihuahua sat calmly in her bed for hours. She is pretty high energy most of the time and barks at little sounds she hears. The white noise is so effective in drowning out the sounds and completely soothing her. I can’t wait to make this a regular routine in the evenings!
Highly recommend this book!
