MY beginning.....AGAIN. ( but different)

I am 55. I am not starting with the same weight as you had but I related to your struggles with my brain being hijacked by food. I choose WW as by eating structure plan with using your motivational audible book as my daily brain food. I am listening in the shower and make my mental plan for the day. THANKS. wish me luck! No not lick... Wish me continued success!!

wish I had gotten more out of this book

the narrator had a very pleasant voice ideas were very good however there were things that were very simplistic things that I had already known I wish that I had gotten more out of the book I hope that you will
