Quick and easy listen, but seems a bit outdated at some references

This was a quick and easy listen, but I have to say the narrator bothered me, especially the way she said “babies”… As an expecting mom of twins with a current child, I found some of the 50 tips very helpful, but not necessarily everything. And it seems like a number of references are now out of date.

Wasn’t really much content

It felt like the content was all stuff someone could easily look up on the internet or just general common sense.
