Fast paced and well performed.

Grabbed my attention from the beginning. The story line was plausible (yet predictable) but the narrative was so good that you want to "keep turning the page ".

Exciting from cover to cover

The plot is strong. The characters are strong as usual and will keep you on edge.

Generally Entertaining

Pretty much what you come to expect with a Don Bentley novel. Brick does a great job with the performance. I listen to these during my commutes so I was entertained which is #1 for me. The thing that bothers me the most is that there is only a passing reference to Jerry Hendley, none for Midas and Adara only is a toss in at the end. Given the events of the book one would have thought that they would have been talked about more.

Action, Action, Action

I can’t remember the last time there was this much action in a Jack Ryan novel. A real page turner from beginning to end! Can’t wait for the next one!

Jack Jr. comes through

Jack Jr.’s growth into a campus team leader arrives. The rescue falls together too neatly. And it seems that Jack St. has been President for way too many terms for Jr. to grow up this much. The narration is awesome!

Sweet development for Jack Jr

Love having Jack Jr grow up and seeing more than one direction for his life.
