But Ember’s not one to let a little fear stand in her way, and neither is Locke. Not when they have their badass mechs called Titans on their side.

Still, questions remain: What caused the rift in Ember’s family? Why was the entire expedition abandoned? What kind of monsters lurk in that ruin? And have Locke and Ember upgraded their Titans enough to survive the trial to come?

Time bomb storylines! More robot battles. And a mystery to be solved.

Locke is a solid MC. He does good guy things while being barely lecherous. He literally hates the attention of women outside of his crew, and it’s quite understandable. The end of the book gives a solid indication for why things happen as they do, even if I think it should’ve happened by the end of book three at the least. The story that takes up the majority of the book really ends with about an hour or so left to tie up loose ends. Everything else is more for a slice of life feel after all of the adventure.

The adult content feels so much more controlled than other books in the genre I’ve read. I don’t expect any other random women to pop up like in something like Sin and Soil, where the protagonist is much different than Locke while not being a totally evil bastard. It definitely feels as if Locke is falling for the girls, and they him. Peth will most likely be the only permanent member of the crew to join the harem at some point in the future, but that is just my speculation.

The book was solidly written and enjoyable for my entire listen/read. I can’t wait for book 3.

Just as good as the first book!

I don't really have a lot to say about this book. It was exciting. The fight scenes were really good and very well written. The story is progressing nicely and left me wanting more. I want to see more growth in their relationship (which I believe will happen in the next book) not just the action in and out of bed. The Titan progression is really coming along and should get really good in the next 2 books. Basically, I jus want to listen book 3 now. This is one of those series that I would like to binge on over a week or so. Once again the voice actors were excellent!

Great 2nd book!
Great writing and narrating. I love when there's male AND female narrators.
Our Titan Mage is learning his void powers and how to better drive the titan mech.
The 3 girls on the ship are keeping him happy, wink wink.
But now they have to save Ember's mom and it's not looking like it's going to be a profitable venture if they make anything on it at all. But family is family.
More monsters and bad guys trying to take advantage of our tenacious crew.
If you like HaremLit and LitRPG, and you liked the 1st book you are going to love this book.

A fun fantasy adventure!

Titan Mage Ruin, book 2 in the Titan Mage series, is a fun fantasy adventure by Edie Skye. This book starts where we left off and continues to exceed my expectations. Great characters, excellent story, and a nice moving plot, all make this book and series wonderful. I look forward to book 3! Audio Version: Daryl Mayfield and Jess Trepanier do a good job with the narration and characters.

Great second book!

Just finished reading Titan Mage Ruin by Edie Skye and found it to be a thrilling harem fantasy adventure. The characters were well-developed and the plot kept me engaged from beginning to end. Highly recommend!"

good follow up

I thought this was a pretty good second installment. admittedly I like the first one better but that doesn't mean that this book was bad by any means. this book was more about unlocking mysteries and developing relationships that will affect later arcs of the story. there was plenty of action. the mc got stronger and is learning more about his new environment and powers. the narrators were both great and the production was flawless.

Sexy tit mages

Very fun book, the characters keep growing and the development is fantastic. it's more than just a harem, even if they are some sexy scenes. but the overall story keeps me hooked.
