gripping story

The universe and story that Sarah Hawke has created here is nothing short of a masterpiece. I have never been gripped by a story this hard. Sitting on the edge of my seat just dying to find out what happens next. the narration is fantastic with a wide range of different voices and accents, however I found Ash's voice to be irritating. The southern drawl just was not a great fit for a main character like that. it was jarring. I was able to look past that pretty easily though simply due to the fantastic story thats being told here. the depth of lore in this universe is very well thought out and it makes me hungry for more of her books. I HIGHLY recommend this book to anyone who enjoys a good science fiction story. (Side note) I originally downloaded this series for the Harem and spicy content, however I find myself more interested in the story and the other stuff has lost my interest. THATS how good this story is in my opinion.

Great space opera

This is a great book with solid plot, world building and characters. It is plot driven and still has a quite a bit of spice. It's a harrem book, but each woman has depth of character rather than being a collection of cardboard cutouts. I definitely recommend it if you are looking for quite a bit of spice wrapped up in a quality story.

really liked the depth of the characters and the growth throughout the series. a lot of series like this don't have very deep characters that this one does. The end. kind of went quick though I do believe that it was rushed a little bit but still fantastic series

I have to say if I could be the Major for a day it would be the greatest day, month, or year if not only my life but my existence. Sarah Hawke has me hooked for life. I will buy everything written to emerce myself into and experience incredible worlds and characters in incredibly complex environments and storytelling.

Very engaging

There is never a dull moment with Cal and his growing harem. He is an immortal and each of his girls have different abilities. Together they fight an invasion of the enemy that’s one mission is to destroy all life.

Fun series

Enjoyed the series, and the voice acting. The writing was excellent, and hope to read/listen to more from the author.

Came for the Erotica, Stayed for the Story

I saw the omnibus in a Pinterest ad, and I decided to use one of my Audible credits. While I was initially interested in the erotic themes, the incredible worldbuilding was what kept me around. I've been looking for a sci-fi fantasy setting like this for a long while now. The erotic content is good, but it ultimately became just a garnish on top of the fun characters and thrilling plot.

Now this is a space opera that shines

If you’re one of those people that really likes space operas then you’re really gonna wanna listen to this series. It is like Battlestar Galactica, but so much better with all the juicy parts that you miss on other series. I really hope there is more to come.
