Figured I would get straight to the point, because how it happened is a mere snippet of the story I have to tell. The real meat and potatoes is what happened after.

Let's start with how she decided to inform me and Pacey the news...together. Imagine that nightmare. I was going into what I thought was a hockey marketing meeting, and then bam! I'm going to be a dad and my best friend/teammate is attempting to imprint my face with his fist.

It wasn't pretty.

Threats were tossed around, friendships were revoked, and then I was marched up to her apartment, suitcases in hand, and forced to live with her so I could take care of her every need. Given how much I've pined for the girl, you would think that wouldn't be a hardship. Wrong.

This is my one shot to win my teammate back. Pacey is the only family I've got, so hooking up with his sister isn't a mistake I can make twice...despite the fact that she's pregnant with my child.

But with every mood swing, every pair of pants that doesn't fit right, and every late night run to find the perfect donut, I'm finding it harder and harder not to fall for my best friend's little sister.

Especially when she kisses me....

Eli is Swoony!

Overall, great read. I will say that the heroine’s hormonal antics were honestly an embarrassment to pregnant women everywhere. Just way too OVER-THE-TOP! Other than that, I really enjoyed this story. Loved Eli! Fantastic narration.

Seriously, the BEST audiobook!!!!!!

Just when I think I know what to expect from Meghan Quinn, she gives us Those Three Little Words. My Lord was this book hilarious! They aren't just gut-splitting; they are sweet, and they are so insanely sexy together. Eli might not be prepared for what happens between him and Penny, but he handles it like a pro. I just adored Eli's character. He's been a total player for as long as anyone can remember, but he's always upfront and honest so women know what they are getting into. His honesty is refreshing. He's so caring when it comes to Penny, Lord that man had me swooning every single time he checked on her or did something that seemed out-of-character for him. Now, Penny, lol, how I just couldn't get enough of this woman! She's a loose cannon, man! Her antics are beyond hilarious. I laughed so hard I peed a little. Just like true Quinn fashion, though, she sneaks up on you with all the feelings and heart eyes, and before you know it, you're knuckling tears away. I seriously could not have loved this book anymore. I'm going to be eagerly awaiting Blakely's happily ever after, as well as all the other hockey boys.

I don't really feel as though it needs repeating, but Meghan Quinn is a word sleuth. Like she's so skilled, her skills have skills. She has this way of giving her books the perfect balance of hilarity and feelings. Things might get a bit outlandish here and there, but it always feels real and authentic to the story. This is why Meghan Quinn has been my favorite author for years now. She's an author I preorder without seeing a cover or reading a blurb. I just know I'm in for a grade A story. The narrators seemed to have been made for these parts. Teddy Hamilton played Eli flawlessly. Kelsey Navarro was really able to portray Penny's craziness in such a fun and loving way. These two both added another dimension to the story. When Eli was going through some struggles of staying away from Penny physically, I could feel his distraught. When Penny was mortified from one of the many things she did to embarrass herself, I felt my face growing red in embarrassment as well. Fabulous, fabulous audiobook!

Charming story but horrible female lead

Penny might be the most unpleasant female lead ever. At times I wondered why anybody wanted to be even friends with her.

Another hit from Megahn Quinn. Such an adorable story. Eli and Penny are perfect. Gotta say, Flappy Vagina Woman is one I haven't heard before. Laugh out loud hilarious.

lost sleep not being able to put this down

The narrators did an awesome job. only thing that annoyed me was wanting to choke Pacey. I loved him in the first book of this series and was annoyed with the way he treated Eli despite knowing his back story. Eli and Penny were a fun couple. Man Eli had the patience of a Saint with some of Penny's antics.
