This book was such a clear and simple explanation of how you can heal your trauma. I loved hearing Michael's voice. It was actually an added bonus to hear him read it. The steps, the suggestions, and the explanations were all on point. For transformation to occur, it is necessary to go deeper and the way Michael wrote about it provides unique problem solving solutions. Thank you for writing this!
