better than book one

just as good if not better than book one unfortunately there is a cliffhanger. best part about the wait is that it isn't going to be longer than. 4 months because they just need to be narrated

Better than book one, adore the growth

Frankly, I got through this book way too quickly. I got it on 8/30, and was done by 9/1. Way faster than most books this length, considering I usually take a few days at least to listen to them.

However, I couldn't put this book down (metaphorically). I burned through it too quickly, and my only complaint is having to wait til the 18th for the next book.

I adore her growth throughout this book and the first one, and the fact that she's not all powerful. I enjoy a powerful MC, don't get me wrong, but she's actively growing to that point. and I love it. Makes the story feel good as it continues.

Great sequel

Scar is back and even more in action. For what the arc is, it keeps the pacing very good.

I can't help but smile while reading this.

I can't help but leave a positive review after finishing this book. Okay joking aside it's actually a very solid sequel. Exciting until the end, well written characters, interesting world building and emotional story telling. Only issue I have with it is the overwhelming amount of system messages but ehh that's what you get from a litrpg audio book.

Genuinely one of my favorite series ever. Try this series out, you will not regret it!

story

I absolutely love the story of scarlet, and her antics before and during the tournament. I can't wait for book 3!

Engaging

The best praise I can give is the annoyance I felt as the book ended when I realized the next one wasn't out yet. The narrarators and the story both were very engaging, leaving me hesitant to stop listening at any point.

I NEED MORE!

This is easily becoming one of my favorite series ever, i hope we get book 3 and more soon. Amazing narrators, plus some pretty good writing and world building. The characters are getting more interesting and have some depth to them, which i feel many books tend to skip over.

Just as good as reading it

Just as good as the written version on Kindle. The VAs did a wonderful job bringing the story to life, and makes it much more convenient to boot.
