Author has it out for anyone with authority or at least the MC does.

Story isn’t bad just a bit too black and white for my liking. You’re either decent or borderline evil.

Brilliant story that doesn't pull punches

This is a great story, well voice acted. Every victory feels triumphant, every loss feel tragic, every second of action feels impactful. The protagonist is smart and likeable, and the plot is compelling.

A great story with a radical twist on classic fantasy.

Are you tired of all the cops and cop appreciators in the progression fantasy genre? Do you really enjoy it when horrible people are murdered in cold blood? Do you want to talk to someone who doesn’t use ‘mutual aid’ as a synonym for ‘charity’? If so, you came to the right place. Great characters, great story, and pure anarchist fan-service the whole way through.

narrator needs more feeling and more emotion

The book was fantastic. love the fight against the authority, but the narrator failed to bring about any kind of emotion from the main character in all of the fights. Even though the main character is a very calculating person, it doesn't mean that she doesn't feel emotions and suspense in the moment and the performance was lacking in any kind of suspenseful feeling from the narrator.

unique magic competition

The story has a intricate and unique magic system and i loved that. it was a lot more gory than i expected but that was a plus for me. looking forward to reading the next one and learning more about the background of the MC

a refreshing perspective

I'm not sure this book will be everybody's cup of tea but it is one of my new favorites. It is political. honestly all writing is but this one did it on purpose. it did not hold back, and it was nice to see anarchists properly displayed

Missed the mark..

There's multiple points in the book where the MC acts with no hesitation to hurt or kill people she speaks her mind and it feels like the other characters are often just set pieces to listen to her angry rants. The author made a world where women are property and the villains are all creepy noblemen in power with some weird rape kink vibe. Then sets MC up as a murder hobo pushing modern views on a very messed up world

Really interesting not for me

First off this was very well written! Lilith was interesting and compelling and the magic system is well developed and again interesting. However this series isn’t really for me it takes the “eat the rich” thing a bit too far for my tastes the villains were too mustache twirly evil for the sake of being evil. While no base of power is built without some sort of exploitation and suffering I think it can’t be misstated that there always people who try to do the right thing and power doesn’t always corrupt absolutely. That being said I highly recommend everyone at least try it.

At long last! An actual revolution story!!!

Finally an un-mitigated un-abashed tale of just nutting up and killing the evils Infront of you! no dancing around the point or pretending like oppresive abusers are just misguided lambs.It feels good to finally find a fantasy fulfillment story where the fantasy is less about quadruple D cups and more about having the power to make the difference every non brainwashed abused working class person dreams of. all in lovely soothing tones too! Not a single note, I salute you!

Great Story!!

The MC is loving, tough, strong, funny & relatable. She sees the world as it is and is willing to challenge the status quo. "Eat The Rich". She's tough enough to not go into mourning when she's forced to eliminate her foes. Also, great foes. It was SO satisfying to see them get what they deserve.
