What did you love best about The Undead: Part 3?

I've listened to the first 2 books and they were good, without a doubt. However, I like this book for different reasons. Book 3 is more about the battle within oneself. Howie is battling with what's right and what's wrong. What feels right and what ...I guess, feels wrong.

By the end of this book, he finds his strength. The true strength that powers one even when he's on his last breath.

If you've started the series, keep going. It can only get better .....I think...

Too monotonous

Out of all the books in this series (and I've listened to four), this is possibly the most boring to date. I found myself falling asleep through many chapters and not rewinding to find out what I missed. I know that there was a lot of character building in this particular book, but there simply wasn't enough action to keep me invested. The series is great, however and I plan to listen to all ten books.

What a great series!

I had a lot of fun with this series. Scary, at time gruesome but also very witty at times. Fantastic character development. Just all around great series. Sounds like another book will be coming.

Love this series can't wait to see what happens next. I love the transformation of Dave. check it out ypu won't be disappointed.

Thoroughly appreciate this writer. Wonderfully engaging roller coaster ride. I really hope there is another. Also, my daughter and I want this made into a show.

Great zombie book

Well worth finishing each book in the series over a weekend was a delight. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good zombie series.

Great Series

What made the experience of listening to The Undead the most enjoyable?

The material is a great new twist on the zombie genre which is overplayed right now. Dan Morgan's voice work is great and is a huge part of what makes this work so well.

What did you like best about this story?

The infection, Mr Howie's drive and love for his sister, seeing Dave become more of a truly fleshed out character and one of my favorites in the entire series

What about Dan Morgan’s performance did you like?

How natural he makes it all sound. He has a "matter of fact" delivery on an entirely crazy subject matter while keeping it grounded in humanity as much as possible.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

The infection is alive!

A great audiobook and if you love the zombie genre then this book is a nice refreshing change to it. It's a truly fun experience listening to this on my ride to and from work but the sign of a great audiobook is if I end up listening to it after my ride which for this one I ended up doing quite a bit.

homophobic author

I am reading the series and have always given the book the highest rating. this time the book looses credibility because of all the homophobic slurs throughout the storyline. quite honestly I was shocked by how many. Tharp author is funny but this time he crossed the line. for this reason I would not recommended this book. many would find the content highly offensive.

Great continuation...

Narrator is PERFECT for this story. Almost all other zombie novels are set in the US but this setting in England is excellent.
Mr. Howie and Dave continue their ongoing battle against the undead and Darren who controls the undead army. As the mass zombiefication unfolds we get to know a little more of these characters and how they are evolving and discovering who they are and who they have become while fighting for their lives in a horrific environment.

More same.

Yeah just another of the same thing. Hip hip hurrah for the zombie fighters. Still didn't do anything but another battle an lost more hero's. I'm finished with this day by day thing. I need another Mike Talbot or zombie rules series.
