The Real Estate Agent Talks by Matt Parker
This is an excellent audio book with many thought provoking topics that the Author has included to help the new Real Estate Salesperson. It was so good that I went back and re listened to several chapters and took notes. Of particular high value was the section dealing with interviewing hiring Brokers and what to ask and discuss with them. Great Job Matt!

Recommended by this new agent
Super easy to listen to. The guy doesn't drag it out or get stuck on any subject. He's to the point, moves It Forward, covers multiple topics, puts buyers emotions into a more empathetic position for myself. I would highly recommend this book. And I imagine that I will listen to it again. It's a really short quick easy listen.
