This hypnosis uses neuro-linguistic programming to help you let go of the past, heal from your wounds and finally move on. It includes one 19 minute hypnosis and is a part of the Subliminal Hypnosis and Meditation series.

This session can help you:

The audiobook includes:

Day version: The first session can be listened to at any time of the day. Your day version is not subliminal and will need your full attention.

Night version: The rest of the chapters are meant to be listened to on a low volume during sleep for maximum subliminal subconscious stimulation. Pink noise is included to help aid with deeper, more restful sleep. It is okay if you do not understand what is being said during this version, as your subconscious has the ability to pick up more information than your consciousness.

It is recommended that you listen to this hypnosis once a day for three weeks in order to reprogram your thought patterns. The effects of this hypnosis are cumulative, which means the more you listen, the more likely you are to let go of the past sooner and start enjoying life more.

I needed to hear this AGES ago. I don't think anybody means to live in the past, but some moments hit you so hard you stay stuck in those moments for a long, long time. Time to heal. Time to move on.

The past can have such a grip on you and you don't even realize it until something triggers you, and just like that, you're wondering why you're depressed or upset or angry. Well, letting go of the past, forgiving yourself, forgiving others, acknowledging the hurt, these steps are so important for healing and moving forward. Thanks for making an audio that brings these steps into the light.

I like how useful this audiobook is. No matter who you are, the past has a way of coming back into your present in some form. Sometimes that's a great thing, and other times, it's better to let go. It's a nice technique that incorporates repetition of the same hypnosis so you can just let go when you're ready.

After you've learned all you need to learn from your past, going back, regretting, playing what if scenarios, what will that accomplish? You'll just be wasting the here and now. I love this audiobook for its powerful reminder of looking at the past with love no matter what happened. We are all human with many mistakes made and to be made. Enjoy the ride and learn to heal with love.

Don't forget these lessons... They've been so important. It's too easy to forget and get caught up in family drama or toxic environments. Crazy how much we have to monitor who we are around and why we feel the way we feel, but time is something you can't ever get back and you can't change anything in your past anyway. It's a relief to listen to these words. I love it.

It's an audio experience that is both empowering and relieving. Just being given the permission to release your past from your every day flow is a relief.

We are so good at deceiving ourselves, aren't we? I didn't even realize how much I needed this until I found myself listening one night and everything was hitting home. And I realized some self destructive patterns in my life that I've been doing to myself simply because I was unaware of negative feelings that have remained with me long after the past has gone. Get rid of some of that dead weight of the past. Let it go and move on more freely.

It's a good practice to live in the present moment and focus on the positive in life, as well as get excited about the future in my opinion. I don't always remember to do that. This session was a healthy reminder for me to let go of past wounds. Sometimes I have to do that more than once, but I still do it!!
