Too much was left for the last chapter and epilogue

Too much was left for the last chapter and epilogue. I found it dragged and then at the last minute, everything gets solved.

Kept you engaged and easy to listen

Loved this book. Kept you guessing. Sweet love story but no explicit sex scenes and only mild foul language. Such a joy to listen to a mystery and romance where there was nothing to be annoyed or irritated about. No author political leanings to endure. Looking forward to trying more Lisa Gardner books. Narrator was great!

Not what was expected - and not in a bad way

Interesting twists and turns at the end. My only complaint is that the relationship between the main character and the FBI agent was completely pointless and wasted time, detracting from the story.

Lifetime movie

I liked the story but it was to much like a Lifetime movie and predictable but the ending surprised me and was good

this was a nail biter. so many twists and turns. thd narrator did a beautiful job getting into all the different characters!

I loved it. I loved the characters and the story. Excellent twists. I can't wait to listen to more by this author. The narration was excellent also.

A great listen

This won't go down as my favorite listen but the story was overall very good and kept my interest. The narrator is who brought me each day to press play. It was a wonderful performance. Please use her as often as you can.

I thought it would never end!

This was actually a good story but it went on and on until I wanted to scream! It took me such a long time to finish it which doesn't usually happen. I would swear I would not finish it but then decided to come back because the story had some interest but it was way too tedious and drawn-out. It could have been much shorter . I really struggled to finish this book. Narration was good.
