Very hood!

It’s a very interesting story but a little bit of a slow read. The performance isn’t the best but it’s good!

Couldn’t stop listening

Excellent suspense and mix of multiple time and character perspectives but mostly focused on Cassidy. Very well done!

I thought it was really good!

I loved the different perspectives and the main character. Maybe a little derivative (but what book isn’t these days!), but overall I really enjoyed it.

The only survivor

Weird! Not sure it was worth listening to. It was okay but really to weird!

Not worth multiple narrators

The women narrators sounded alike as did the men. I could not distinguish which character was talking without context clues. A single narrator changes pitch or accent when doing characters in a book, which, frankly, would have been better. Cassidy was not my favorite character but she is the main one. I would have liked to learn more about the other folks.

It’s okay

It’s a bit slow and some of the inner dialogue feels repetitive. The narration isn’t amazing and the brief male narrator was awful. I liked the ending but wish some of the information was disclosed earlier.

On the side of "excellent"

At first, it took a little while to get into it. But it turns out that was necessary due to the complex entertwining of the characters. once the background was set, it was captivating. I thought the narration was perfect for the tone of the story. I'm puzzled by the negative reviews. I find myself on the side of "it was excellent."
