Not what I needed.

Like most people who have trouble falling or staying asleep, you’re looking for real solutions. this had a few. I know all the reasons WHY sleep is essential. He does a great job at explaining the why; what we all want is better sleep. More sleep. It was frustrating to have the author continuously refer to his other books “for more info on this subject, refer to my book….”
The best thing about the whole book was the helpful supplement info. But it came at the very end.
