Great listen.

I really enjoyed listening to this story. I always love a great mystery, and this is a really good one. I liked the characters and storyline so much. Totally worth the listen. Enjoy.

Intense and creepy.

Wow! What a story! Twists on twists. Turns on turns. Four people with secrets get invited (with pressure) to an escape room/house/island. The mystery host calls it the murder maze. They have to work together yet only one will survive and win the $$$$$$. Like I said, what a story.

I have to tell you: it's been such a pleasure to listen to Candace Fitzgerald and Curtis Michael Holland perform this thriller. With their distinctive voices and their dedication to the characters and the story. they really brought this book to life. 5 stars plus for them.

Fantastic Thriller!

This is a CRAZY good story and audiobook. This story had me HOOKED from early on. It had twists and turns that I did not see coming and had me on the edge of my seat needing to know how it ends. I listened to this audiobook in one sitting because I just could not put it down!

This story follows 4 main characters as they are competing against and pinned against eachother. This story had me liking (and hating) different characters at different points in the story.

Such a good story and definitely recommend!!!

I really enjoyed the multiple points of view—it added depth and kept the story moving at a fast pace. The narrators did a great job bringing each perspective to life. They read clearly, were easy to understand, and made the experience even more engaging.

A Dangerous Game

I was entertained by this twisted and convoluted game, played by contestants, who weren't always who they seemed to be. I liked the cleverness of this story. I liked trying to guess the final outcome before the end. I was amazed by all the machinations, and my attention was captured from the beginning until the end. I enjoyed Candace Fitzgerald's and Curtis Michael Holland's narrations as their performances enhanced the story's entertainment. I was given a copy of the audiobook. I volunteered, without financial gain, to post this review which reflected my honest opinions regarding this audiobook.

Dark and twisty!!

This is the 8th book I have read by Jessica Huntley, and I have yet to be disappointed. I loved the dark ominous setting of the story and how it switches back and forth through the different characters viewpoints. The storyline starts slow and builds as all the details are expertly woven together. This book was full of twists that I didn't see coming, and once they start, they don't stop until the very end. I loved this story!.

Great mystery book. Very well done very easy to follow. Definitely gets you thinking and wondering. Excellent book overall.

Twist and Turns

I’m already familiar with this author’s work, so I was excited to dive into another one of her stories—and I’m so glad I did. From the start, the story pulled me in and kept me hooked. I initially thought it might be hard to keep track of all the characters, but the author lays everything out so clearly that each person stands out and is memorable in their own right.

The plot demands your full attention—you won’t want to miss a single twist or turn. There were so many surprising developments I never saw coming, and I enjoyed every one of them. Thankfully, the story was so entrancing that staying focused was effortless.

The narration was equally impressive. Both the male and female narrators delivered engaging, well-matched performances that brought the story to life. This was a very satisfying listen from beginning to end, and I’m looking forward to more from both the author and these narrators.

Back in February I gave the book an easy 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating! The Murder Maze a’MAZE’d me from beginning to end! This unique escape room competition concept was packed with mystery, murder, secrets, lies, and morally ambiguous characters willing to do whatever it takes to be the winner of a huge monetary prize. Taken to a small uninhabited island, 4 contestants have no idea what lies before them or what they’ll need to do to win. But each of them was selected for a reason!

The Murder Maze is well-written, engaging, suspenseful and unputdownable. . . setting up the most shocking twists throughout, and so many more revelations until the very end! No questions left unanswered and a very satisfying ending! And Candace and Curtis enhanced my listening experience and made it even more memorable! ❤️
