More of a very basic introduction.
Doesn't discuss enough nuances of the diet, it's like a cheap ad for the keto diet, curating information that makes keto look good.
This just felt like a cheap, grad of information from the internet, pasted into an audiobook.
There are a lot more free resources online that would save time and be more informative than this book.

Also, there isn’t a single downside being discussed. Our hospitals are full of athletes that changed to a keto diet. Every healthcare professional I consulted on this topic warned me that it will cause permanent damage to your body! And every athlete I know has either failed to finish races, or has been hospitalized on a low carb diet.
