To the point!!

This audiobook takes me from negative thinking and negativity at work to becoming a productive and positive person. This inner critic is a success and satisfaction killer, with this inner critic, we neither can be successful nor happy and satisfied with our work. This is essential for us to build our confidence. It would recommend it to those who are suffering form this, you should give it a try.

Loved it!

A friend gave me this book and it was more than I expected. The author does a great job of explaining and breaking down all the different types of imposter syndrome, and it has given me a new outlook on myself and the people I meet. I also loved the 30-day challenge. The narrator has a nice voice and it was a joy to listen to.

Really interesting!

I have never investigated the topic of imposter syndrome prior to listening to this book, and I find myself being highly intrigued. I have previously researched my personality type using the enneagram, and I must say, that background information made the types of imposter syndromes all the more interesting to dive into. I am definitely going to do some more digging on this topic!

A cure for feeling fake

This was very relevant as I've often had these same feelings of insecurity as though we're about to be exposed as frauds, no matter how educated and prepared we may be in a situation. It's good to know we're not the only ones who feel that we're bluffing through life. This was a big help to moving beyond our fears of superficiality.

Amazing Audiobook

I highly recommend this book. Learning about Imposter Syndrome was an eye-opener. Imposter syndrome is doubting your abilities and feeling like a fraud. It disproportionately affects high-achieving people, who find it difficult to accept their accomplishments—many questions whether they deserve accolades. To counter these feelings, you might end up working harder and holding yourself to ever higher standards.

Helped me gain confidence

This helped me feel more in tune with myself. I felt like I was out of my body and that I had no idea what I was talking about in my business. This helped me get out of my head, Highley recommends.

Recently heard about IS and was curious

On a recent church service, our pastor mentioned imposter syndrome, a term that was unfamiliar to me. I listened to this book and found the topic very interesting. Our inner voice has such an impact on our confidence and outward behavior, especially in a work environment. This book helps to recognize how to defeat imposter syndrome. The 30 day challenge at the end of the book is a great start to making changes!
