In our essence, we are joyful, loving, self-sufficient, compassionate beings, yet growing up in the modern world, we forget and get disconnected from this knowing. Many of us mostly only connect with our hearts and the feelings of love in relationship with our families, partners, close friends, or pets, yet our capacity to channel, feel, and express love is far greater than that.
This meditation can enhance the love we have in our relationships, but it can also help you move into something much deeper because it can reconnect you with the love inside of yourself, with your own heart.
It is useful both as a meditation for beginners and experienced meditators.
Regularly practicing this meditation can allow you to heal many old emotional wounds and past relationships, as well as change the way you are relating to yourself and other people on a daily basis
This meditation can radically change your view of the world and of yourself.
