Powerful insights and guidance for self mastery

Building inner resilience is one of the most critical things for traversing everything that life throws at you. The author breaks down this concept into 8 major keystones to follow, which build on each other progressively with each area mastered. The concepts themselves are intuitive to follow, and the chapter layout makes the content easy to digest, and build an understanding around. Amazing!

I blew right through this book! There was such amazing insight on how to tackle what life throws at you and overcome the struggles that we are bound to experience. We are all capable of becoming mentally strong and to have a strong inner resilience!

Comprehensive Guide

This is the book for you if you need a helpful book that will lead you through the essential stages of rewriting your old narratives to make room for fresh, exciting new ones that will serve you better.
The book is written in an approachable way and shows genuine concern for connecting with the reader, which is what I liked best about it. I got the impression that there was a lot of support for the reader to not feel alone on the trip to rediscover Themselves. This book will provide comprehensive knowledge and practical tips to have a flexible mind, build self-awareness, and develop self-consciousness. Moreover, I would suggest this book to anybody interested in taking their life experience to the next level by receiving a kind and gentle push toward the realization that change is possible!

Practical, straightforward takeaways

I would recommend this to anyone who is new to self-help. Each principle is clearly explained with practical examples. Some of the claims weren’t as rigorously backed as I would have preferred (cell energy, vibrations, things like that), but the book is overall a good introduction to general mental wellness principles (of course, it is not a substitution for professional help).

Incredible book!

This book was one that I could not stop reading. Inner Resilience is a book that I'd highly recommend. It was very well written and you can tell that there was a lot of research done before hand before the author wrote this book. It gave good exercises to help build a stronger mindset and truly to be more resilient.

Excellent resource for positive mental health!

Ms. Day's book is a great how-to guide on how to reset your mindset, with a touch of psychological science built in. She definitely has done her research for this book, as every topic presented was well thought out and explained in detail. The narrator (Chelsey Coombs) has a very engaging voice, and I didn't tire of her reading at all! It's a very well-put-together book and narrator combo. I would recommend this book to anyone who needs a bit of recharge in their resilience, as the author takes the listener through many facets of gaining the skills to weather the storm in difficult times.

So powerful!

This audiobook is awesome! I got so much out of it. I feel empowered and armed with the tools I need to conquer every obstacle and better myself. I love the narrator as well. Totally recommend!
