Interesting, but…
Lots of interesting information presented in this book. Unfortunately, the rules around how to heal your gut are rigid and not practical. Most people have food budgets and many feed more than one person in their home, and ultimately I was left feeling like this would be more suited for someone with a lot more resources than I have.
