Intense and dark but handled with care

This serves as a phenomenal built out thriller that handles extremely dark content (check triggers!!) but manages to do it within an appropriate scope for the length and tone of the book over all, and in a genuine way that makes me feel like Clark took care with how she wanted to tell this story.

An excellent novel!

I listen to hundreds of novels a year and this one really held my interest. A terrific main character, well developed plot, good pacing. The dialogue moved the story forward. You will not be disappointed in this one.

Great plot! Then ending was a little sad but good. I will definitely be reading more from this author

I stayed up way to late listening because I had to know the answers.

A Mystery That Keeps You Guessing!

WOW! This was…throughout this book I tried to piece together the puzzle pieces, but I can’t believe how emotional and disturbing this whole mystery really is! This is a story that will stay with me for a while. Clark masterfully wound puzzle after puzzle amongst her words, keeping the reader guessing and flipping through the pages wanting to find the answers about what happened in this very complex mystery.

The narration was excellent!!
