best one I've read so far. it has so much truth
it has so much truth. I live right down the Rd from the plantation. it is a remarkable place and hope that one day we can investigate it. my step dad has his own paranormal investigator team. love this book!!

Thrilling
This was a thrilling tale with interesting characters. It could have been so much more if the wrap up that was “told” in the epilogue had been played out in the story before the end scene. The female narrator tended to overacting.

Not too scary, not too bland, just right!
Entertaining and worth taking the time to listen. Some talk about sex, but nothing explicit. I could have listened to this in the family car on a road trip when my kids were teens.

grabbing book 2 now
I listened to this whole book in one setting couldn't stop listening. This was an excellent ghost story with a pair of excellent narrators.

The supernatural beginning
So I’ll start this out on a strong note, the intro reminded me of how an episode of supernatural starts, so that’s cool! My issue is, the characters are read by both man and woman and it sounds ridiculous. Have the woman read the female parts and the man read the male parts. Would be so much better. But it’s a free book so can’t complain too much.
