A basic intro for the unfamiliar
Helpful only if you do not have ADHD and are trying to learn about it for the first time. Very few specifics given to how it plays out in marriage, and at the end it turned out this entire thing was just a plug for a book. Don't waste your time - 5 minutes on Wikipedia will educate you much better.

Do not listen to this book if you have ADHD!!
I am only in chapter one and quit listening. I can not speak to the content of the book, but the narrator is terrible. Her narration is very slow,which made it difficult for me to stay engaged! To be honest it was incredibly irratating!

Common sense
this book really does not give you anything you do not know already, even if you dont know much about ADHD,
its very Generic & leaving you waiting for more information on what they are talking about. it is like they forgot that the main subject is ADHD. i will some up this book.
