E Myth takes Rich Dad Poor Dad and helps you get down to the actual steps to climb out of the Technician role and into the Entrepreneur role. The misleading thing about these books is that it made me feel like it should happen over night. Don't be discouraged if it takes longer than you think.

Actual Information you can implement!

Many books are not as clear as this one was on what you should do and how you should do it. Although it motivates it also gives you the tools you need to accomplish the end goal.
