This has come at a time in my life where I feel completely overwhelmed by too much conflicting information on food, eating and everything that goes with feeling well. I love the way she describes thoughts, breath, hormones, and nutrition as interconnected and different for everyone. I am going to listen again because it was such a valuable read and one that will stay with me for years to come.
