THE DEAD COLD SERIES

This is an excellent series. This is a four book boxset. There working on cold cases. Detective John Stone and Carmen Dehan. All four books grabbed my attention at the start. I loved how John and Carmen worked together. I give each book a five star. John is older with a lot of experience and Carmen can hold her own in any situation. They make a great team. I will continue with this series. There is a lot of books in this series. Also more Boxsets. Adam Grupper does a great job narrating this book. The stories are interesting and the box set is a great value. I finished 1-4 now I'm going to listen to the 5-7 series.

Great narration of a compelling series.

The writing of the characters are excellent. Enjoyed the story’s. Check it out yourself, you won’t be disappointed!

Excellent stories and great performance.

Great stories, I can’t wait to listen to the next title by this author. I highly recommend these titles The author is clearly not American.
No American says “air con”
An American would give distance in miles yards or feet not “meters”. What is a “lock up” I’m assuming a storage unit. They are also not anything an American would envy.

However, I couldn’t stop listening because the stories were compelling. The performance top notch! I will definitely read or listen to more from this author. I thoroughly enjoyed all the stories

Dead cold books 1-4

Great stories and narration. Relatable characters. Will read all 26 books for sure. Enjoyed all the books, moved quickly and kept me interested for whatever comes next.

Great Character Voices by Narrator

Book28 was a daily deal but l didn’t make the connection to these four books as the characters pair up in book 28. These are great discoveries on cold cases. Very noir type mysteries. Of course narrator makes this whole series fascinating. I couldn’t figure out why this narrator did only the Lincoln lawyer but no more books for Connelly?? But this author must have scooped up this narrator as there multiple series Mr Grupper reads so well for the author and now some duel authors. This series seems to be the best, hence 30 books

Riveting

Although there are a few glitches in each book that are hard to believe, mostly that a cop whose been around as long as Stone would make such blatant mistakes, I still have to keep reading / listening. The books are worth the credit.

Excellent Detective "Who Done It"!

The simple review is that everything about this box set was great. I honestly feel like I watched a TV series.

This is one of the best series I’ve listened to. The narration is great and the characters are interesting and funny. The storyline is fast moving and hard to put down.
