Too much smut and not enough action

The first couple books were awesome. They had just the right amount of Love Story and Action. This book is all sex and no story. It’s very frustrating since I want to know about what happens yet I find myself skipping large chunks just to return to the actual story and not all the smut. I have been waiting months for their book to come out and it has turned into a giant disappointment.

I just love this entire series

I can’t stop listening to this series. I generally get mad at endings but this series makes me just want more. I feel like this book is unique and funny and sexy and I recommend it to all of my girlfriends.

THE BEST and......

At first it's drove me crazy and then I was angry but I continued 🙃 and OMG 😲, I NEED THE 4TH INSTALLMENT NOW !!!!!!!!!!!

I am really loving this series!

This third book ended with Casteel captured! But Poppy has declared war on Queen Ispeth (sp?), so hopefully she'll get him back in the next book!

When does the next book come out? I NEED it!

Stina Nielsen does a really fantastic job performing this series! I thoroughly enjoyed her narration.

Excellent

Love the story. Excellent writing. And the BEST narrator I have ever had the pleasure to hear. Voices are distinctly different and both male and female voices fit their characters. She is quite talented. What a treat.

I enjoyed book 3 and can’t wait for book 4. The book ended really well.

Loved it

I loved this book. Sometimes the sex scenes between poppy and Prince Casteel would get a little intense and long. One of the things I loved about this book is that there were so many things that were unexpected in this book it always kept you guessing. Especially the end it was not at all what I expected. The narrator of this book was OK I did feel that she tried to hard and was overly dramatic in places but it was OK still.

Fantastic

I have fallen in love with these characters. The books themselves are amazing. Highly recommend to any women in need of a little escape. I do wish parts moved a little fast in this one. I feel like the characters spend far to much time in one room over multiple chapters with not alot happening, and then a big rush at the finish.. While I will without a doubt continue to read this amazing series, I could sleep better with softer cliff hangers.

The fact that this book ended with a cliffhanger totally took me off guard. I had assumed this series was a trilogy, I was bummed to be wrong, especially since the fourth book hasn’t even been announced, yet. Usually, I won’t ever start a series, like this, unless The entire series has been released; the story always loses intensity if there is a long time between books😭

Overall, I have really enjoyed the first three books. There is mystery, intrigue, action and a magical romance. There are two issues I have had, so far. One issue is that 9 out of 10 revelations, end up being false. Meaning, in one chapter, a truth is revealed, then a few chapters later a new truth is revealed that disputes the previous revelation; it’s confusing!

The other thing I’ve found frustrating, is the Heroine’s constant inner dialogue that is full of doubts about this or that. She was more sure of herself when she was a captive. Now that she’s free, she seems to doubt, everything.

Other than these two things, I have loved this series and eagerly await the next book!

The book was fantastic!

My only issue is that the narrator uses the wrong tone CONSTANTLY. She speaks in a playful voice all the time when it’s mot called for. She makes it sound as if they’re having a laugh when they’re being serious.
