The information contained in this piece of work was very informative and is helping me on my journey to a healthier body. I expect a longer more fulfilled life. I only wish they had a similar better woman project focusing on uniqueness of the female body so I could share that with my wife. Perhaps they have that coming up soon.

I think it's a very good book overall. I think it has very good health information nutrition I think it has good intentions and morals I think the exercises are good ideas and promote good muscle tone and good muscle forms and posture there are a few things with lifestyle that doesn't fit me ideas I do however like the book overall the book was well read and keeps your attention not boring at all

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

Just a jumble of random thoughts. Then he lost me for good when he started the liberal crap about creating more gun laws. Don't waste your money on this one guys!
