DO NOT SELL Your BIZ without reading this book

I've read many books on M&A, buying, selling and preparing your business to be sold, but none were as informative as this little Gem. I found it both educational and refreshing and chock-full of critical thinking and short stories of both successful transactions and horror stories you most certainly want to avoid.

It's a short read, and likely something you'll want to re-read (aka listen to) several times to ensure you let it sink in.

Gold. I'm in this process and it's just perfect.

I think you just made me an additional 10 million dollars. Bravo. If I listen again it may be 15 million or more.
