This book really teaches you how to be a better communicator in general. The How to Talk to Anyone book was great, plus the other books go really deep into powerful communication methods

This audible is one of the best!

I really like the last chapter, which I hadn't seen or heard before; it makes for a nice conclusion. I've had interpersonal communications classes and conflict management classes in college, and this book is a great supplement to those.
