this wasn't even a full book. only 1 chapter.

this was only 1 chapter bit a while book of the diet. it didn't state that when the purchaser was made

Short n sweet, but nothing we don't already know about. Maybe if it had more about The Induction like samplesm then maybe it would be more enticing.

That’s it???? Disappointing

Thought this was the actual 4 day detox. It’s just an overview, chapter 1! Should have that in details. Very disappointing!!!

Not much detail about detoxing

I really didn't get much out of this. The brief description did not make me want to purchase the complete audiobook.
