I received this book in exchange for my hones review.
This book introduced me to a new technique for managing emotions, EFT tapping. While I find that this is an interesting concept and feel that it may be useful, it was impossible to really utilize the techniques described without referencing material not provided with this audiobook. If you plan to read this book, go ahead and buy the kindle or paperback version. Don't waste a credit on the audiobook.
