Super disappointed in audible

An elementary child could have done a better job presenting a short presentation on this topic. I can’t get my money back yet audible has advertised for years you can just return. After being an audible member for over 13 years this is one of possibly two books I wanted to return and to be told no shows Audible lack of appreciation to those who have continually supported them

Less is more

The part summarizing the books are ok, they are clearly understandable, however I think that they are useful for those already familiar with stoicism. The rest is a bunch of ideas thrown together superficially, giving instructions for all aspects of life. Even though most of them are valid, it is still annoying to hear instructions one after another, like you have to sleep 7-8 hours, otherwise you get sick, etc.
One idea I fully disagree which was several times mentioned, is that work is something which you have to do just to make a living.
Overall, this was a waste of time.

BTW: The quality of the sound recording is annoying.
