Well...
Well... this turned out to be an expensive book because I will have to be purchasing everything Alex writes from here on out. This book is absolutely fantastic! The only other authors that have handled this type of subject matter similarly or have similar humor I can think of would be J L Langland and Nelson Chereta. This is top shelf. Its heartwarming and so humerous. Buy this now, do not hesitate.

Hoping for more to this story, so much fun! This was recommended by KF Breene, and so worth it! The voices are so well fitted. The author weaves the story with little sub plots and so much fun

loved the story
overall a feel-good, somewhat funny slice of life story with interesting characters and premise. very much enjoy the performance from the narrators as well. I had read this story as it was being posted originally on Royal road, and bought the audiobook afterward, I bought it when it first came out but just listen to it now as a refresh and it was totally worth it. well done both to the author and the narrators 🙂.

Wonderful Story and Spectacular Narration
This was a fun story about some wonderful characters. I’d honestly enjoy a sequel to it. Everyone was engaging and the best part is that the actions of each character were sometimes good and sometimes bad, they had depth to them.

Cute, Cozy, and Funny
Characters make a story and this story has some great characters. Even the family car was somehow endearing. It has a vibe to it that felt almost childish but it has language and themes that say otherwise - which is not a complaint, just an observation. I really enjoyed it and would definitely love to hear any other books by the author. Speaking of hearing... the narration for this book was on point. Both narrators did a fantastic job, and I'm glad it was done with both a male and a female narrator doing the appropriate parts.
