I sent this as a gift.

My companion went wild with regards to the book since it has every one of the nuts and bolts of protecting food from canning to drying out. Exceptionally educational and efficient book. He is a culinary specialist needing to know more for individual use.

This audible is the best of the best. I have an excellent selection of similar books from which I compare. Preserving Everything impressively includes every imaginable method of protecting and cooking food and drink. The paths are clear and simple to comprehend.

Impressive Work!

I highly recommend this audiobook which covers recipes principles and the history of conserving. I have got other books on the topic and found them to be so archaic it was of no use to anyone but a caveman.

When you want to get better, listen to this.

This book teaches you all the basics you need to know about smoking and salt curing. Since I am just starting it was easy to follow and make sense of things. I am more comfortable in doing my own smoking now.

I appreciated it a lot when there was a history of food preservation at the start. It's always good to look back and love your work on food more..

It's always a great idea to improve our knowledge of food handling and preservation.

I'm planning to try improving my bacon and sausages.. hopefully the pandemic ends soon so I could roam around for my ingredients.. Looking forward to my food adventures equipped with a few recipes from the book. Maybe I'll surprise my family with a variety of smoked food at a celebration.

All that I was trusting it would be. Very elegantly composed, nitty gritty clarifications of how and why, a little humor and extraordinary plans. I can hardly wait to do the entire smoked turkey. I would totally prescribe this cookbook to any individual who has a smoker or barbecue and needs to get rolling smoking meats, poultry and fish. I would likewise say this book would be a decent expansion for somebody who has been utilizing their smoker for a spell, incredible plans. Reasonable to give as a gift also.
