Great for personal growth

This audiobook was just what I needed


I love all of the positivity and encouragement as well as the concrete information and tips to approach health, wellness, and longevity through a holistic approach. I've been struggling with recent brain fog and memory issues even though I'm under 50, which made me worry. The tips included in this book on decluttering my mind and to develop a healthy mindset to attract the life I want really resonates with me. The information was presented clearly and was easy to follow. Would recommend!

Love this audiobook. Positivity is something that seems lost these days and this audiobook is bringing it back. I felt so great the entire time I was listening to it. The narrator is terrific as well. Totally recommend!

Have been looking to build a knowledge base around maintaining a youthful state of health and mentality, and this audiobook introduces a number of new ideas and concepts that are both profound, and applicable. Just what i Needed

This audio made me realize that most of my life, I have spent most of it in my comfort zone, even working for an old boss, time & time again, even though I have never really liked working for him or his way of working. The times you do actually step out, usually by accident, you do feel good at the same time, slightly scared
.
Also helped me focus on my goals and find a balance in my life. The sections on reducing stress, improving memory, and building self-esteem was particularly helpful. Yes, I have goals, but till reading this, they were either wrong or unachievable. This book did a great job of helping me set new goals that I can now set and achieve.

I would highly recommend this book to anyone looking for inspiring and helpful tips to improve their life.

Some much needed relief for my mental health

This book really nails 3 fundamentals that I need. Forgiving, breathing, and gratitude in order to manage stress. I’ve been talking with a therapist who has greatly recommended focusing in on these areas on my life.

I’m always looking for new perspectives on how to relieve stress and this book really makes it happen nicely. I also really got a ton out of improving my overall health with this book because I don’t want to feel like I’m wearing myself out prematurely.
