good

another solid story to the series. it adds a little bit of what makes the past books good and combines them together to make an entirely new great story.

So I'm a Snake Guy Now...Who Knew?

Spiders? Ok. They have the femme-fatale vibe going for them.

Griffins? hmm. Great personalities and certain asssets i can get Behind...(I know what I did).

Gargoyles? Both enduring endearing (I'm having too much fun with this).

20 foot long Snake?...with a rack? It's going to be hard to get into this...

*finishes audiobook*

...Dang it...she got me.

Overall, this is another good and arguably the best in terms of world-building development. Not only were the main characters great, but the status of certain important side characters add a lot of intrigue to the story.

My only complaint

Wished the author would let James and Selena make some snake babies. Would have been the icing on the cake

Another great book by Cebelius. You will not be disappointed. Also the dual narration really brings the story to life.

Excellent continuation of a great series 

This book continues a series that I have been reading on and off for the last couple of years. The best thing about it is you can read these books on their own or as part of the series. This has been one of my favorite books due to the MC with his own fatal flawsboth physically and mentally. Great action, well written, dialogue and several villains make this a book that most people will really enjoy.

5 stars easy

so far every book of this series is absolutely killing it. can't wait for the next

Cebelius can do no wrong

I absolutely love the interactions of this series. They are intricate, fun, deeply personal. It’s never a simple hey let’s have sex but always a slow burn with its own unique hang ups. And the overarching story is slowly building to a very interesting clash. Everytime I finish one I ache for a new book.

Fantastic

A great story as always with this series. The world keeps getting more interesting. I’m excited to see Andrew and Velise again. I also hope that we get a book based around the dragon woman from the last book.

Terrified of snakes but I love Selena!

I love this series and I can tell it's building to something big and I love that. However this book and the one before it felt weaker than the first two installments. More world building took place than developing the relationship. I almost feel like James and Selena need a part 2. If you love the series like I do this book is excellent with the above caveat. If you are on the fence about this series I don't think this book will win you over though.

Amazing entry moving on from the 3rd book it captured the feelings of the 1st and 2nd book perfectly
