I could not stop listening to it. Even though I had seen the anime allready. I can‘t wait for the next book.

Watched the anime, listened to this audio and working on the manga and soon the light novels. Love it!

better than the anime

loved this book. had a blast listening to it in the car. The storytelling was out of this world and kept my interest to the very end. Can not wait to listen to Vol. 2.

I really enjoyed the audiobook and can not wait until the next audiobook comes out! I love the characters.

The Pigs! The Pigs!

This is a cute story but this first book is a little hard to handle because our sweet, shy, little Monica gets steamrolled quite a bit.

I think I actually prefer the anime adaptation over this written form, believe it or not, and I'm not sure listening to this adds much to the story if you have already seen it. I think maybe there is more insight into the Second Prince, but other than that I almost felt (weirdly enough) that the anime had better pacing to it and more charm.

The narrator has a suitable voice but isn't great. She does well when voicing characters but her narration has pauses after every few words and she also reads very slowly. Listening at 1.2X helped a lot and I soon got used to it, though.
