Characters Unlikeable and So-So Ending

Most of these characters were just miserable. There was not a lot of complexity to them. There was a totally unnecessary bad outcome with one of the major characters at the end. It was more depressing than entertaining.

Riveting plot

Well performed and good plot twists. Very intense and held one’s interest throughout the story.

Clarity

This book was relatively easy to follow and the story line was interesting. I never saw the end coming.

Decent story , great narrator

The story was okay. I enjoyed it more before the end. It was a twist at the end, but not a terribly interesting one. I really enjoyed the make narrator and his strangely precise way of speaking.

Savage Ridge

This book was good from the beginning to the end. And Wow I loved the ending!!

Suspenseful

The story is good until the very end. One murder too many. Sloan? Really? Why?

Above and beyond

This story is above and beyond the typical mystery in all ways. It brought out my emotions. I thought about the characters and what their lives would be like going forward. I wanted to know more. I was unhappy about the way certain things played out, A sign of a good author - not settling for what would please readers. Unpredictable. Narration and voices were great. Will definitely be looking for more books from this author.

Narrator

The voice of Sloan did not fit the character It did not ruin the whole story however.

Many twists and turns throughout the story. The ending was totally unexpected but well worth it!
