It’s more of the same, so I won’t go into great detail but if you have enjoyed the worldbuilding and pace of the first 2 then you’ll love this one too.
Fantastic

Pacing is a bit on the slow side in some ways, and then crazy fast in others.
Like, the development of the settlement n side characters, it's been a few weeks in this new world but they talk about stuff as if its been years. The love interest thing, comes completely out of nowhere n feels totally forced, n then after introducing it they immediately talk about stuff as if they've been together for yrs.
The pacing is strange, we're in book 3, but the MC is still crippled n basically still in the newbie zone, yet there's been enough time to do all that other stuff. It feels weird.
I know I'm nitpicking, but those details matter. You have to be consistent otherwise it can throw readers out of the immersion. Some of the stuff is cringey too. You can tell the author is better at writing about using magic, n describing combat scenes than he is at writing about emotions and relationships.
The story is fine, it's even good. I'm still gonna keep reading it ...but I feel like it could've been waaaaaaay better
I love what this story could've been...
