This audiobook gives great knowledge on how to use the sutras in your daily life to increase your mind to observing peace in your daily life. A wonderful audiobook for beginners and skilled practitioners.

I like that it has knowledge of crystals as well as spells! It’s a fabulous beginner audiobook! It is larger than I awaited too! Full of spells and ceremonies including how to combine tarot!

Basic info

I am a month-old baby witch and have been looking for an audiobook that had a little of everything in it. Basic info like moon cycles, color application to different types of witches. Spells, methods, and DIYs for any reason you might require. However, it also describes how to start and end a spell.

Helpful guide

I have endeavored to follow Patanjali's Yoga Sutras and was unable to translate the language to do it possible for my own life. This audiobook has abbreviated portions of the sutras along with helpful examples and a short exercise to use to bring consciousness to the particular teaching.

This is an amazing little audiobook

This is an amazing little audiobook- one unit for each of the Sutras, a little nugget of knowledge on life. Simply logical and digestible, and it allows you to look more deeply into each sutra using a reference from the source list at the back of the book or doing your analysis.

I liked this audiobook,

I got myself so confused that trying to truly engage with the audiobook became a source of frustration which immediately spoke to my need. What I love best about this is the shortness - it's ideal for those times when you require to be mindful...but are not. Brief but not slight.
