Truth felt.

This audible is exactly what I was looking for. I was missing a few pieces in my practice which this audible explained. It is to the point and gives exact practice which works. It also cautions about side effects.

like this book very much. It avoids talk that is very hard to understand. It avoids rubbish, filler talk. It explains simply and clearly what tasks a person might choose to do. These tasks are described in an approachable way.

clear path to manage the kundalini

I had listened to many many audibles on the subject of Kundalini. This in my opinion is a clear path to manage the kundalini.

Loved It

Personally I had read many many books on the subject of Kundalini , over the last 45 years and this book took the mystery out of the process. I believe grace alone is the most important gift but by following the book and do the practice as much as one can do, it could lead to the greatest single gift to humanity.

I cannot recommend this excellent book highly enough. I have read 8 or 9 books on this topic in the last month and this is by far the most detained, most clearly explained, and hence the most helpful.
