Fabulous book and I have perused numerous others on a similar subject. I truly like his various definitions for the term fearlessness. I had never checked out it from such countless points previously.

excellent introduction to chakras

I have listened to many audible on chakras, and this one stands out in its ability to relay concepts with Simplicity and Clarity, which renders them more accessible to most readers. His meditations are pleasant, and I hope he communicates more of them for us in the future.

Excellent exposition of kundalini awakening

Because of the blameless, easy undogmatic exposition of kundalini yoga to attain enlightenment. It also delves into the paratha environment and its importance.

practical approach to Kundalini Awakening

This could be an issue for the people who don't rate diverted material, however, I for one acknowledge astuteness from any source and Mari Silva communicates divine insight wonderfully and concisely. Generally, an extremely moving and commonsense book for opening to Kundalini arousing and furthermore how to manage it whenever it is stirred.

Incredible info;terrible narration

I’m sure this narrator is an excellent voice actor, but I found his cadence and pronunciation not right at all for this subject matter. Try the sample audio before downloading.

interesting perspective

As a student of Kundalini Shakti as a living practice, I am always interested in the process by which these thoughts came to the West. This slim volume provides one episode in that ongoing story. While I differ from Jung's conclusion that Kundalini's practice is not for the Western student, his insights are important.

the yogis used a method to get their words across by telling stories. The storytelling method makes the education experience easy and enjoyable. The author has used the same technique to expound upon a process of Kundalini. He has not just streamlined the old texts but has also included his personal experience with Kundalini and Chakras.
