Great Book
I choose to read this book because I’ve been battling some thoughts about my leaderships recently and asking the question “Do I have what it takes?” To be a great leader. This book really spoke to me and gave great examples on how a lie can creep in and make you question everything. I’m personally taking away the truth that relationships matter MORE than results. Great stuff!

Concise and Helpful Direction for Improved Leadership Skills
Brandon incorporates scripture, past and current events, and emotionally wrought personal stories to punctuate his lessons in leadership. His voice has a nice cadence making it an easy listen on your commute. You will find several usable take home points to help engage in your leadership role. 10/10 recommend!

Leadership to the Next Level
The book not only challenges your current leadership, but provides you with tools on how to improve it. I finished reading this book in 1 day and couldn’t put stop listening. Brandon reading this made it come alive! Using biblical principles, as well as culture references makes this book relatable but also convicting. Excited to apply the new things I have learned in my social life and the workplace. I highly recommend!! 5 stars!
