Incredible book for future and current mentors. The ideas and format for mentoring are enlightening and I believe they will be useful for our ministry leadership.

While listening to the book I had decided to revamp out men's ministry to incorporate the Radical Mentor method. Men, let's do our part to pass on the way to shape other men and young males into a committed body of Christ.

A necessary read for every mentor

This book is a necessary read for anyone considering being a mentor. For any church that will be implemented a mentor program should have everyone involved in the program read this as well. It is detailed and explains why and how mentoring someone else is important and beneficial. Although it is geared more towards men mentoring men as a female leader of a nonprofit it was eye opening and beneficial.
